Para PM is recruiting an experienced bilingual Legal Counsel to advise on large-scale real estate development, project financing, corporate structuring, and international investor relations for Paradise Project phases 2 and 3.

About the Role
Support Para PM’s multinational investment platform with legal strategy across land acquisition, zoning, subdivision, financing, and partnership agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on land acquisition, zoning, and development agreements.
- Draft and review purchase & sale, loan, shareholder, and partnership documents.
- Advise on project financing, mortgage structuring, and securities compliance.
- Support cross-border investment initiatives and liaise with external counsel.
- Ensure governance, regulatory, and risk management standards are met.
Qualifications
- LL.B. or J.D.; member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- 10+ years in real estate, loan financing, or international investment law.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-party transactions.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Experience with international investor partnerships is considered an asset.
