Para Land Management Inc. is a professional project and fund management firm based in Ontario, Canada, specializing in the comprehensive management of large-scale land development and construction projects. Acting on behalf of developers and investors, Para PM provides full-cycle management services covering planning, financing, design, construction, and post-construction phases.
Oversee all aspects of land development and construction, including zoning, site plan approvals, permitting, consultant coordination, tendering, and construction supervision, ensuring compliance with municipal and provincial standards.
Fund and Financial Management
Prepare and manage project budgets, financing strategies, and cost controls. Monitor cash flow, authorize payments, and provide monthly financial and progress reports to ownership.
Government and Regulatory Coordination
Represent clients in dealings with municipal, regional, and provincial authorities to secure planning approvals, environmental clearances, and development agreements in full compliance with applicable laws.

Negotiate and administer consultant and contractor agreements, manage insurance and legal matters, mitigate risks, and ensure quality, safety, and schedule performance across all project stages.
